BudgetAir is a ripoff. I booked an emergency flight to travel to Kentucky for a family member. BudgetAir sent me a text and never an E Ticket. In less than 24 hrs the text was broken, money for the flight was removed from my account and I never received an Eticket.

Being trip adviser I trusted the travel companies that came up in the results. Without so much as a thought, I booked my ticket via budgetair.com. After payment, didn’t receive an e-ticketwell it never arrived (I paid on Tuesday and its now Saturday night) I’ve sent a few emails and tried calling them tonight.

They'll not respond for months and when they finally took the time to reply I only get standard answers blaming the airlines (who confirmed they're not waiting 1 year to pay back).

Ryanair cancelled the flight and offered a full refund. This took a month to process and nothing ever arrived into my bank. Upon calling Ryanair I discover that they have refunded the full amount to BudgetAir. BudgetAir are refusing to refund anything at all.
